VapoCept packages are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. The period starts on the date your order was placed and purchased.

How to request a return

  1. Check the purchase date in your order confirmation and contact support within the 60-day period.
  2. Email contact@customercs.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line. Include your full name, order email and order number if available. Ask support to confirm your return instructions and the return address before mailing anything.
  3. Return all bottles, whether unopened, opened or empty, together with the packing slip. Include a note with your full name, email address and order number so your order can be located.
  4. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information. Product support will notify you when the return has been processed.

Refund processing and costs

The supplied return policy lists a processing time of 5–10 days after the returned package is received. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. Keep the confirmation email until the credit appears.
